Fussypants Friday

Another Friday with Senor Fussypants, and life is good.

The plan for the weekend is to work on homework and lie low.  Hopefully there won’t be any fireworks.  The boys don’t have any plans, and it’s supposed to rain tomorrow, so maybe they’ll get busy cleaning their rooms (yeah, right).

Something odd happened last night, and I’m not exactly sure what to think about it.  One of my friends asked me if I was interesting in getting to know her male friend who’s a pharmacist.  That in itself isn’t so odd, other than the fact that no one’s ever tried to set me up with a friend.  What’s odd about it is that she first tried setting him up with another friend of hers (and ex-co-worker of mine).  I don’t really know the other lady too well, but we share a lot of acquaintances.  Wouldn’t it be weird to date someone she had dated?

What do you guys think?

I would like to think that she would not even bring it up if she didn’t think you were in some way compatible. I do see how the situation could be weird. Did they date-date, or just go out a few times?

Good luck staying covered this weekend! Let me know if you feel like a short little road trip! 😉

Hmmm… if this friend knows you fairly well I would think you guys might at least become friends if nothing else. It would probably only get weird if you bump into that other woman and she starts telling you about how he like to dress up like a German schoolgirl that deserves to be punished… I mean that might be a bit awkward.

Yeah, I’m with Ron. Maybe the other friend just didn’t have anything in common with him or maybe he’s a loser. Only one way (actually two ways if you want to just ask her what’s wrong with him) to find out…

OK, first…that pimp pic is so freaking funny! Only in Louisiana! Not sure where Leesville is…I’m assuming north as I live down south and have never heard of it.

I say give the pharmacist a chance. What do you have to lose? If nothing else maybe you gain a good friend out of it.

Hope you and the boys have a fantastic weekend:)

He has drugs. Go for it! Hell, I’ll hump his leg for some percocet. 🙂

I hope your Mom gets out for a while this weekend. Ya’ll need to decompress.

I’d respond with something like “Great! Glad you are on top of it. Can’t wait to see the gift you’ve picked out.”

I try the kill ’em with kindness because that pissed evil people off way more than a fight.

ok…Somehow my response is on the wrong post, but you are smart enough to figure out what I am saying. 😉

Dish – From what I’ve heard, they only went out twice. This girl is GORGEOUS, though.

Ron – Hahaha, yeah, that WOULD be awkward.

Lola – She told Bekki that he was very nice, and he was the one who called it off.

Amy D – It’s in central Louisiana (Fort Polk).

Honeywine – She surprised me this weekend, in a good way!

Karen – Lmao, it’s because the comments button is on the top instead of the bottom now. I gotcha!
