The most important thing you should know about me is that I totally rock. 

Yeah, who am I kidding?  While there are a few people who believe that, to most I’m just an unassuming almost thirty-something who is working on her secondary teaching degree after getting halfway through a psychology one.  I’ve gone through a lot of changes in the last two years, and that’s kind of the purpose for this blog.  I have a lot to get off my chest, lots of bad mojo that I need to return to the universe.  And, since I can’t actually go out and take physical revenge on those who have caused me such pain, I sure as hell can write about it.

I’m a homegrown Texas girl who’s also lived in Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, and now, Indiana.  I have two sons who are funny and sweet and also fight with each other every time I turn my back.  I’ve been officially a “grown-up” since I was 15 years old, so consequently I feel at least 50 years old on any given day.  My life right now is a big ole complicated mess, but things could always be worse, right?  Right? 

I have a cheating ex-husband who married his mistress a month after our divorce, and recently had a baby (less than a year after the divorce was final) without involving my children in the least.  The Douche, as I call him, couldn’t even be bothered to call and tell my boys when the baby was born…they called him.  I also have a former boyfriend with mental problems, and let me tell ya, that’s not easy.  My life is kind of like a bad country song, except without the whiskey and guns.  I’ve been hurt a whole lot, but I still have a great capacity for love, and I always land on my feet.

I tell pretty much all here, because this blog is my release and my freedom.  Sometimes I’m happy, sometimes I’m sad, but I’m always honest.  Of course, names have been changed to protect the sluts and douchebags.
